The streets are burning

I feel all the heat,

They killed George Floyd, Racism is such a repeat

My soul is dying, my heart skips a beat,

Keep your head up, in the Promised Land is where we meet.

Freedom, that's all my people ever need

We march for Justice before we sleep or eat,

We put our hands up and put a knee down on the street,

Never again shall we surrender or retreat in defeat

Dear God If I get killed today, please let me die standing Proudly on my feet.
